What I love about the shelter dogs is that little phases them. I was up in this girl’s business taking her picture, and she just kept watching the other dogs by the gate.
Three:
I mean, it was like he was posing just for me. Or she. I don’t remember.
Four:
This guy’s name is Rufus because when he gets excited and wants to bark at something, he’ll jump onto the roof of his cage so he has a better vantage point. Smart pup.
Five:
After all the dogs went back into Building 3, Sabrina spent a little more time with the ones in the parking lot.
Six:
I remembered this guy from when I lived in Taiwan two years ago. Great dog, and it’s too bad he’s stuck in a cage. But he’s safe, healthy, and doesn’t go hungry.
Seven:
This girl cracked all of us up. She’d jump into the buckets of water, paw around and make a mess, then take off running. This time, she decided to multitask.
Eight:
Sit on the ground, get puppy hugs. Or whatever Roo was doing.
Nine:
I love this picture. As Josie stood and monitored the playground, Five did the same next to her.
And on a completely different note, ten:
After the shelter, we all ate lunch, rested, and then Sabrina and I got adjusted at the chiropractor. This pose is a little confusing.
Hey Jillian – thanks for stopping by. I checked out your blog, and while you’ve done a great job with it, I follow very few blogs. Sorry to disappoint. Take care!

Aw Shit! The first shot of the dog made me wet my pants.
Such personality in those furry faces!
Aren’t they precious? I love visiting the shelter!
